Luggage transportation by Jaisli Mobility Services

• Prices:

Normal tariff:
CHF 25 per unit for the first 50 km. CHF 0.50 for all additional kilometers.

Reduced rate:
The special fare SFR 60 applies for the St. Moritz-Zermatt route and vice versa.

Surcharges:
For the car-free resorts of Wengen, Mürren and Zermatt, a surcharge of SFR 40 applies (in total, not per unit).

Quantity discount:
10% for 5 -19 units; 20% for more than 9 units.

One piece of baggage may weigh a maximum of 32 kg.

• Until when is the booking possible?
By 5 p.m. at the latest on the evening before departure.

• Bookable route:
Luggage transport  from and to all addresses and accommodation in Switzerland.

• Guaranteed delivery / insurance
The lugage is insured with "Mobiliar Insurance" via the transport service provider Jaisli Mobility Services.

• Luggage collection:
Collection can take place at the following locations:

Hotels :
Lugage must be deposited at reception before 9.00 am.

• Address in Switzerland:
Luggage will be collected from the specified address between 9.00 am and 11.00 am.
If you would like a different time slot, please note this in the contact form.

• Luggage delivery:
Luggage will be delivered to the desired location (hotel or address) by 6 p.m. on the day of travel at the latest.

• Who transports the luggage?
Your luggage or bicycle will be transported exclusively by drivers from Jaisli Mobility Services.

• Arrival airport:
If you are traveling by plane and would like your luggage to be collected from the airport, enter any address in Zurich, Geneva or Basel under "Address".
Note the flight number and announced arrival time in the contact form.
